xo, Beka

What is your favorite four-legged creature? Elephants!!! I don't know why. I just love how big they are but also how playful and gentle they can be. They are probably one of God's silliest creations, but I just love them!

How many shoes do you own? How many shoes? Uhhhhh.... I don't know. A lot.... Probably like 30?

Where is your favorite place to visit? My favorite place to visit is Italy. It has been my favorite place in the world since the first time I visited it in middle school. I love this history, the culture, the art and the food!

What is your favorite joke? I have two favorite jokes. What does a mermaid where to math class? ...... An Algae-bra! And What do you call an alligator in a vest? ....... An Investigator

What is your proudest achievement? My proudest achievement is probably my persistence in life. I am really proud of myself for how I have been able to do things that people said I couldn't or shouldn't do. I am doing only things I love and life and not many other people can say that. I feel blessed that I have been able to push beyond those barriers other people set before me and lean into what God has offered me with.

Why do you dance? I dance because it is the place that makes me feel the most me, the most present. I love sharing stories, emotions, and ideas in a way without words. Dance goes beyond what words can convey and that's what makes it so special. I love that it allows me to be connected to God's creation and to his people. Dance has brought me some of the best friends in the whole world. It has also brought me experiences and challenges, I otherwise wouldn't of had. Dancing has helped shaped me into who I am. I feel even more fortunate that my favorite thing to do everyday is an incredible way to Worship the King.
