SOUL 2 SOLE offers S2S Dance Programs to;

TOTS, KIDS, YOUTH, TWEENS & TEENS

 

we are creating more than a movement.  When we dance we will be sharing REAL stories, testimony's and offering a countercultural environment to help shape young dancers into what God created them to be.  

 

Dance Programs provide premium dance education & devos.

 

These groups will get to perform on stage. Audition teams will have outreach opportunities in our local NWA-community through movement.

Limited Liability Waiver -

I release SOUL 2 SOLE, it’s instructors, independent contractors, and all other associates from liability for harm, theft, or injury that may be suffered by me and/or members of my family traveling to or from or during participation in activities and programs sponsored by SOUL 2 SOLE I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily assuming full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of active participation in a dance class or other dance related activities. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses and voluntary assume the risk that I and/or my children may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending and participating and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and program participants and their families. I release SOUL 2 SOLE, its instructors, independent contractors and all associates from liability for harm, injury or death pertaining to COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses. I understand that there are NO refunds for registration fees, costume, recital fees or classes. I understand that if my dancers class gets cancelled due to weather, sickness, or any issues arising from COVID-19 there is no refund for these missed classes. I understand and agree to SOUL 2 SOLE policies and procedures. I give SOUL 2 SOLE permission to use my child’s costumes/accessories until they are no longer needed for the season. I understand that my student must have this release form signed before attending class. I give permission to SOUL 2 SOLE to use pictures and or video of my child for advertising purposes in print, promotional videos and on the website. Tuition is to be paid by the 1st of the month, and no later than the 5th, or a $15 late fee will be added. If a payment is 30 days overdue then a fee totaling $30 will be applied to the account. After (1) month of failure to pay or communicate intent of payment, the dancer will no longer have their position in the program held for them. I understand that I will be charged a convenience fee for all my credit card/debit card transactions at SOUL 2 SOLE. This fee will apply each time I use my credit or debit card. I understand and have read all the studio and policy information.

IMPORTANT: Dance programs start/end on time. Please come ready to dance at your time slot. Dancers are not to be left unattended without an adult. Parents can come in for drop-off and pick-up, You do not need to stay on the premises, unless you feel it’s best. Please bring a water bottle! A great attitude. Ready to discuss the DEVO - Dancers participate in both DEVO & DANCE at S2S!

DRESS-CODE: you will need the following

• Creative Movement-leotard, skirt, pink tights, pink ballet shoes. 
  (WALMART has all these things! Just make sure you DO not purchase house slippers)

• Ballet / Lyrical-Leotard or tank top, leggings & pink ballet shoes. Hair UP!

• Jazz / Hip-Hop-Leotard or tank top , leggings & black jazz shoes.Hair UP!

We run Aug-June. Dancers will have a performance opportunity completing the year. Costumes will be ordered 1-2 months prior. We take all bank holidays off and have a Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break & Spring Break. Tuition is due monthly on the first of the month. If you choose to quit prior to the end of the full season you are responsible for the remainder of your costume(s) purchased (est. $50-75 each) and furthermore, SOUL 2 SOLE office/email will need a full month notice to replace our limited spots (EX. If you choose to no longer attend as of April 1st, your request of un-enrollment must be emailed to s2sdancenwa@gmail.com no later than March 1st. Missing this (1) month window will result in your account being charged and being enrolled (1) month longer than intended.)
